Tyrannosaurus Hives

With four years gone since they recorded their worldwide smash Veni Vidi Vicious, Sweden's hardest garage-rockers have had plenty of time to rise to their aspirations of becoming the world's greatest rock 'n' roll band. They haven't quite accomplished that feat with Tyrannosaurus Hives, but they nonetheless roar back tighter than ever, with more than a handful of great hooks to add weight to their claim.

It's clear that a lot care goes into the Hives' seemingly immediate, fired-up sound: this is a band, after all, that has only released three full-length albums in its 11-year lifespan.
