Capricornus Exotica

Capricornus Exotica is the 3rd official album by Xerxes The Dark and the 1st album after project's name changed from Xerxes to Xerxes The Dark. Morego's father was suffering from apoplexy and brain damage about 3 years, and he passed away in summer 2012 (R.I.P). During this tough period Morego was experiencing a serve clinical depression and taking various medicine. The songs were recorded in between 2009 and 2010. the theme of the album is the madness inspired by personal and inner struggles of the composer in those years [2009-2012]. Album has an Experimental Electronic base with the Essence of Dark Ambient, Drone & Space Ambient. Capricornus Exotica is a tribute to Morego's father (J.G.) and the opening song is dedicated to his soul.
