Past the Horizon
Originally released in 2009 as the second disc of the "Where the Land Meets the Sky" double album CD release. The original three tracks have been remastered for this release, along with a hard to find b-side from that time period entitled "Containing Light". The closing track "Nocturne" was to become one of the most sought-after and requested tracks of the subtractiveLAD catalog, mostly via file sharing. The track being shared was titled incorrectly, however, as "Song 3" which created a great deal of confusion for fans wanting to actually purchase the original track/album. "Past the Horizon" presents completely remastered versions of the tracks as a stand-alone full-length album. This music is subtractiveLAD's deepest dive into long-form ambient guitar and is arguably some of the most beautiful and meditative music of his career. Recorded, mixed and mastered at 24 bit / 96 kHz for your high resolution pleasure.
