The fusion of orchestral and choral elements with analogue synthesizers has given this album an epic / dynamic quality from beginning to end. The tracks have a strong narrative arc that weaves them to each other. There is an interplay between light and dark that plays out through the whole album. Inspired, in part, by classical mythology (especially Ovid's Metamorphoses), this album examines the concept of transformation with the difficulties and the revelations that are embodied in the process.
