stories from the sea

with 'stories from the sea' i wanted to explore themes of loneliness & isolation - and not in the sense of the post-lockdown world we live in, but on much more of a personal level. those feelings have been recurring themes for me over the past year or so, some of it through choice, some of it less so, and so naturally they ended up being the main inspiration behind this album. late nights spent with runaway thoughts, flashes of inspiration for self-betterment, and moments of comfort in the solitude. all these fleeting moments make up the twenty 'stories' on the album.
