Mozart: The Vienna Concert, 23 March 1783

Many conductors seek to resurrect the original conditions of classical works, evoking authentic sounds and textures from their scores. For this album, an entire concert program was replicated, giving a sense of the works Mozart both considered his best and thought paired well together, from the *Haffner* to the “Posthorn” Serenade.
