Since hitting it big with his laidback 2016 single “Uber Everywhere,” Atlanta rapper MadeinTYO has reflected his city’s of-the-moment sense of taste with shape-shifting productions adorning his lovingly lackadaisical singsong vocals. His second full-length resembles a high-definition version of 2018’s debut *Sincerely, Tokyo*; the melodies are sharper, the production pops like bubble gum, and the hooks stick to your brain long after the record’s stopped playing.
