Back in the early 2000s, Harlem\'s Dipset crew was on top of the world, thanks to heavily spun hit singles like \"Oh Boy\" and \"I Get High.\" Cam\'Ron and Juelz Santana were the biggest stars in the clique, but fellow members JR Writer and Hell Rell also caught a lot of shine. Ten years later, Rider and Rell are looking for a comeback, sticking to their script of sped-up soul samples, basic beat structures, and rhymes dominated by threats and Uptown pride. *Gun Clap* sounds like it could have been recorded in the early ‘00s (not a bad thing), and is perfect for fans (especially New Yorkers) fed up with the recent emo-fication of the rap game. \"Handle Mines\" and \"Dip To The Grave\" are standouts.
