Grouplove\'s third album sharply navigates \'90s alt-rock through modern pop motifs. Hannah Hooper howls like Katy Perry on the piano-pounding \"Remember That Night\" before a surge of knotted-up guitars pour over \"Do You Love Someone.\" Hooper and hubby Christian Zucconi play off each other\'s vocals over the buoyant synth-rock of \"Good Morning\" and \"Cannonball,\" in which he works his signature snarl into a smooth rap flow. And the messiest track may be their best: The Pixies-esque grunge rocker \"Traumatized\" documents the couple\'s plunge into parenthood.

Our take on L.A. pop-rockers' third album.
