Like Hot Chip and White Williams, this English group made a name for itself impishly cribbing stoic musical styles, a poker-faced trick they repeat on their sophomore album.

Fujiya & Miyagi return with a sound not entirely unlike their previous efforts, but it's still an album that blows the cobwebs away... frequently. Rich Hughes reviews.
Fujiya & Miyagi's third studio album, depending on how one counts (their 2006 LP was technically a compilation of songs from existing EPs), Lightbulbs shows the Brighton Brits attempting to prove themselves as much more than a pseudo-Japanese novelty act.

Singer David Best again sensibly centres his whispered vocals upon texture rather than melody
