Zanzibar

“Zanzibar” is a double LP album, which you can purchase at fuckedup.merchtable.com/lps/pre-order-zanzibar-vinyl-2xlp-ships-week-of-april-15th-2016. All vinyl purchases come with a digital download code. In 2011, Images Festival and Wavelength commissioned Fucked Up to create an original score for the 1928 silent film, “West of Zanzibar.” Fucked Up performed it live at the festival’s closing night gala in Toronto on April of 2011, and recorded it in a studio shortly thereafter. On March 4, 2016, the band performed the original score live a second time to a screening of the film, doubling as the official record release show.
