The six-song EP is a stunning experience of the female songwriter’s ability to merge her organic and sincere emotional experience with the contemporary vehicle of electronic production. She has created a fashionably surreal and masterful statement that showcases the solo act in a new light of grandiose female pop. Powell evokes depth with her lyrics, narratives that ask us to not only look at ourselves but laugh at ourselves, as well.
