Jhaptal Drumset Solo

This was a tough recording. I got about halfway into it only to realize the bass drum mic slipped and was digging into the head. We had to do another take. The music is very demanding and required a ton of focus. I remember Miles and I felt like we were losing our minds. The engineer Joe Marciano ( who is like family) felt bad about that and gave me a session on the house. RIP systems two. It was my favorite studio in the world
