Clemens Bächer, who twiddles knobs as Cid Rim when not collaborating with fellow Austrian beatmaker Dorian Concept, is a free jazz percussionist by trade. His debut for the hip Glasgow-based LuckyMe imprint (Machinedrum, TNGHT) is admirably out of step with his peers.
