Unpeeled
Recorded over a series of small live gigs, *Unpeeled* finds the GRAMMY®-winning rock outfit stripping down and rearranging their catalog, occasionally with string quartet—a curveball, given how they’ve bashed in the past. Not that *Unpeeled* sounds tame. If anything, the approach brings them that much closer to the emotional core of their music, substituting the rich and vibrant production of songs like “Trouble” and “Too Late to Say Goodbye” for folky swagger.
