"floating in reverse" is a palindrome track. as in, it sounds the same played forwards or backwards it's named after my grandmother, whose name was a palindrome (NAИ) "newborn" is the sound of one baby crying, multiplied by all the number of humans who've ever lived (107 billion according to google, who knows tho really). Multiplied using exponential scaling.... "Rain on the window" and "softly" were recorded live at Issue Project Room NYC Summer is Gone, Slip into Shadow, Life's a TV Show, Oh Hi Mr Death and It Will Be Ok were tracked at Abbey Road (studio 3) If you would like to purchase the vinyl LP, please purchase through the Rough Trade website: roughtrade.com/music/summer-is-gone For the $100 option.... I will provide you with a 1/4" Ampex master reel decorated by me, run off the master recordings onto 1/4" tape. Best sound in the world. After the album has finished on the reel, I will fill the remainder with alternate mixes and unreleased material. Or stories. Or whatever you wish. Up to you. After all, you've just spent a good chunk of change.
