‘Seven Pt. III’ is a masterful conscious hip hop collaboration between MC/rapper, Awon, producer, Seb Zillner and original piano compositions from A N T I T H E S I S. Awon brings provocative, powerful, authentic and credible lyricism most current to real day events and happenings, but equally timeless, meaningful and sentimental given we’re releasing this well crafted album on the day of Awon’s brothers passing (November 4). “Seven Pt. III” is a continued focus on themes surrounding the number itself, i.e. seven chakras within the human body; seven days of creation; seven colors in the rainbow; seven days of the week, etc. In the New Testament, the number seven symbolizes the unity of the four corners of the Earth with the Holy Trinity. The number seven is also featured in the Book of Revelation (seven churches, seven angels, seven seals, seven trumpets and seven stars). The number seven holds significance in almost every major global religion and is indicative of healing.
