The Lyres in Trees

I made a new album for us. It’s special to me and pretty different from what I normally do: a set of pieces intended for calm, created primarily using a modular synthesizer. I’ve listened to it more than anything else in the last couple months, not from some egotistical place, but because it actually has a physical effect on my being. It relaxes my mind, it soothes my nerves; I notice myself breathing longer and deeper when it’s on. I’ve used it to reduce anxiety. I’ve used it as a sleep aid.
